Feature Focus: Bookmarks
The ability to easily capture or "bookmark" information relevant to each student is key to the Financial Literacy 101 experience. With literally hundreds of pages available, having one-click access to just the right information saves time and enhances the learning experience.

Here's how it works...

Step 1: Find Relevant Content
Whenever a student finds important content - either from the course or the resources area - they have the option of bookmarking it and leaving an optional note. The note could be about anything from a question relating to the content to a "to do" item.

The following screen shot appears at the end of one of approximately one dozen convent modules within the course.

Notes and bookmarks are always optional.

Step 2: Go to MyMoney
As a student's personal finance homepage, almost everything a student would need is a click away at Financial Literacy 101. The new bookmark appears in the "Course Bookmarks" box on the upper left in the screen shot below.

Students can make an unlimited number of notes and bookmarks.

Step 3: Display Detailed Text and Notes
By clicking on the link, the student goes directly to the text they need. If they left a note, it's displayed on the right side of the screen. Each note can be edited or deleted as required.

The note is displayed with the resources text requested.
