Assessment and data collection are key parts of the Financial Literacy 101 concept. Our administrative control panel offers an easy way for course administrators to manage and report usage data in real time, and yearly reports help schools make sense of the volumes of aggregate student data collected by the course.

Whether your campus is using Financial Literacy 101 as a requirement for first-year students or as an optional education tool, your administrative control panel gives you the metrics you need to assess and report course usage. Course administrators have access to user data including name, email address, course progress, last login date, course confirmation code, and the total number of course users for any given access code. User information may be sorted by each category, enabling drill-down searches with a single click. Users may also be "archived" once they complete the course so that you may view just the users needing extra help in course completion.
Decision Partners also provides an export feature for conveniently integrating usage data with spreadsheet programs such as Excel. In addition to the data fields mentioned above, extra data provided in exported files include access code and year in school. For schools using the course in different settings (orientation, in-the-classroom, as a requirement, etc.), Decision Partners will provide unique access codes for each setting. Unique access codes are an easy way for schools to manage and assess different educational efforts.

At the end of each school year, Decision Partners generates a detailed aggregate data report from survey and course usage statistics. Each 40-50 page report is delivered in a PowerPoint file to facilitate easy sharing with other stakeholders on campus. Raw data files are also provided upon request. All data provided is delivered stripped of personally identifiable information, but retains key demographic data.Custom research options are available for deeper analysis of student financial knowledge, attitudes, behaviors, and stress.
