ACPA-College Student Educators International Endorses Financial Literacy Program by Decision Partners
Boston, June 6, 2007 - Decision Partners is pleased to announce that the American College Personnel Association (ACPA) has endorsed Financial Literacy 101 for College, an online financial literacy course designed by Decision Partners, Inc. for the specific financial challenges of college students.
Financial Literacy 101 for College is an immersive, multimedia experience that works to prevent common financial problems among young adults. In about 60 minutes, the course covers topics such as creating a budget, understanding the risks and benefits of credit cards, choosing the right bank account, understanding credit reports and credit scores, debt reduction strategies and other financial information relevant to young adults. Additionally, the course also includes a built-in evaluation and assessment tools to assist student affairs administrators in understanding the financial attitudes and behaviors of their students.
